At what stages in the project do I need a Building Certifier?
There are multiple stages during a building or construction project where Building Certifiers are helpful. Trident Building Surveying and Certification offers a range of services, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes. Trident’s expertise in Queensland's architectural landscape ensures smooth project journeys and adherence to industry standards, contributing to safe and compliant structures in the state.
At the planning stage: we can advise whether plans for the building work display a safe and correct plan, and help spot any potential hazards.
Submitting your plans to Council: Trident can keep you updated of your plans in real time.
When the building is at the skeletal stage: we inspect the structure to make sure it is safe and meets all of the legal requirement, building regulations, and standards.
When the build is complete: We come and inspect the building or completed work to either approve or disapprove. Once it is approved, the space is allowed to be occupied.
