Inspections
Building inspections are integral to the duties of a Building Surveyor. It’s our responsibility to conduct or supervise inspections throughout the construction process. Our team actively participates in ongoing training sessions to stay adjacent to any industry changes and updates.
There are mandatory notification stages that require an inspection, these will be listed on your approval documentation.

Preliminary Visit
Footing/Pier Inspection
Slab Inspection
Bond Beam Inspection
Frame Inspection
Fire Wall Inspection
Occupancy Inspection
Final Inspection
Swimming Pool Fence Inspection
After an inspection, our team will generate a comprehensive inspection report outlining their findings, recommendations, and any necessary corrective actions. This will be provided to the Builder to authorise that either work can proceed or the items (listed) are required to be changed and inspected again.
