At what stages in the project do I need a Building Surveyor?
There are multiple stages during a building or construction project where Building Surveyors are helpful. Trident Building Surveying offers a range of services, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes. Trident’s expertise in Tasmania's architectural landscape ensures smooth project journeys and adherence to industry standards, contributing to safe and compliant structures in the state.
At the planning stage: we can advise whether plans for the building work display a safe and correct plan, and help spot any potential hazards.
Submitting your plans to Council: Trident can keep you updated on your plans in real-time.
When the building is at the skeletal stage: we inspect the structure to make sure it is safe and meets all of the legal requirements, building regulations, and standards.
When the build is complete: We come and inspect the building or completed work to either approve or disapprove. Once it is approved, the space is allowed to be occupied.
